Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by The Invitation Concierge (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

The Invitation Concierge provides digital invitation design, event website development, RSVP configuration, and structured guest communication oversight.

Services do not include full event planning, vendor coordination, seating chart assignments, or on-site event management.

2. Guest Limits

Wedding digital suites include up to 175 guests unless otherwise specified. Milestone suites include up to 125 guests unless otherwise specified.

Additional guests beyond the included limit may incur additional fees.

3. Revisions

Two (2) revision rounds are included within each package. Additional revisions may incur additional fees.

4. Payment Terms

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to invitation launch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Services will not commence until payment terms are satisfied.

5. Digital Delivery

Invitations are delivered electronically through a secure online platform. The Company is not responsible for guest email filtering, spam filtering, or technical issues beyond our control.

6. Guest Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate guest information. The Company is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

7. Print Production

Print production services are quoted separately unless otherwise stated. Production timelines and costs vary based on quantity, materials, and specifications.

Once print proofs are approved by the client, the Company is not responsible for errors in the final printed product.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Retainers are non-refundable. If services are canceled after work has commenced, fees for work completed will be retained.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
